Rich Veldran

 Prior CFO/Dun & Bradstreet


Rich Veldran was recently Chief Financial Officer of Dun & Bradstreet.  Veldran joined D&B in September 2003 as Chief Financial Officer of D&B North America, a position he held for two years. In February 2006, he was named D&B's Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications, and Global Financial Planning and Analysis. In July 2008, Mr. Veldran was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering, and was given the added responsibility of leading D&B North America Finance seven months later. As Chief Strategy Officer, he was responsible for leading the development of D&B's Corporate Strategy and M&A agenda for the next phase of D&B's growth through 2015. Mr. Veldran was also a member of D&B's Global Leadership Team.   Prior to joining D&B, Mr. Veldran held financial leadership roles with both Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Procter & Gamble.  He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.


Mike Moran
IBM Distinguished Engineer


Mike Moran is an expert in internet marketing, search technology, social media, text analytics, and web metrics. He is a Certified Speaking Professional regularly makeing speaking appearances. Mike’s previous appearances include keynote speaking appearances worldwide.  Prior to this position, Mike spent 30 years at IBM, rising to Distinguished Engineer, an executive-level technical position. Mike held various roles in his IBM career, including eight years at IBM’s customer-facing website,, most recently as the Manager of Web Experience, where he led 65 information architects, web designers, webmasters, programmers, and technical architects around the world.


Jeff Hoffman

Jeff Hoffman is a successful entrepreneur, proven CEO, worldwide motivational speaker, bestselling author, Hollywood film producer, a producer of a Grammy winning jazz album, and executive producer of an Emmy Award winning television show. In his career, he has been the founder of multiple startups, he has been the CEO of both public and private companies, and he has served as a senior executive in many capacities. Jeff has been part of a number of well-known successful startups, including, and more.

Jeff serves on the boards of companies in the US, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa, and Asia. He supports entrepreneurs and small businesses on a worldwide basis. He is the Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, which works with entrepreneurs in 180 countries, as well as being a founding board member of The Unreasonable Group. He supports the White House, the State Department, the United Nations, and similar organizations internationally on economic growth initiatives and entrepreneurship programs.


Denise Roberson

In her role as Chief Purpose Officer, Denise is leading some of the biggest brands in the world to actuate their business case for purpose, through focusing on a scalable, differentiated, and business goals oriented approach.  In this capacity, Denise is helping companies connect their brands to purpose and use this unified voice to create linkages and unity across the entire stakeholder wheel.  TBWA\Chiat\Day has worked with Fortune 500 and world-class brands around the world, such as Apple, Gatorade, Google Cloud, McDonalds, Intuit’s QuickBooks, and the Grammy’s.


Denise is adept at leading high-performance teams, fostering collaborative relationships throughout the entire stakeholder ecosystem, and envisioning innovation within complex organizational settings. She has corporate social responsibility expertise, and is a marketing professor for Pepperdine University’s exclusive Presidents & Key Executives MBA program. Denise is also a trusted board member, speaker, moderator, keynote, and host for top-tier events.

Denise is also pursuing her doctoral degree in Lausanne, Switzerland and exploring the use of technology in connecting a corporation’s sustainable efforts to brand value and researching the frameworks and models necessary to implement these initiatives and integrate purpose and sustainability as a core component of future brands.


Mark Sloss
Partner/Wilde Capital Management

Mark Sloss is Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner of Wilde Capital Management, after having enjoyed a career in wealth and asset management spanning more than two decades from market studies, product development and go-to-market strategies through to research and analysis and portfolio management for institutional and individual clients. For eleven years, Mark held various roles at UBS Wealth Management Americas (WMA), most recently as Head of Portfolios and Models for WMA’s $11 billion “home office” discretionary portfolio management team.


He has been responsible for teams researching investment managers for families, institutions and individuals, and was an active presence on a variety of investment and governance committees at UBS, including the investment committee for the company’s 401(k) plans. Prior to UBS, he spent more than a decade in a variety of strategic, marketing and analytic roles with New York Life Investment Management, where he launched the Investment Consulting Group and was instrumental in initiating a number of new mutual funds under the captive MainStay fund family.

Of particular emphasis has been his commitment to investment practices focused on sustainable and high positive-impact businesses and markets. He also conceived of and launched UBS’s first fully sustainable globally asset allocated multi-manager portfolio for individuals, families, philanthropies and institutions, and served on the bank’s Global Sustainability Council.  Mark Sloss is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66 and 24 licenses.

Jen McClure is founder and CEO of JEM, a Silicon Valley-based global management consultancy and publishing group. She oversees the company’s consulting and advisory services division, Consultants Collective and the media division, which includes Biznology, a digital magazine and online learning platform. The company serves clients in a wide range of industries, including aviation, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical and technology. She was named one of Power Players in management consulting by business and financial news site, Business Insider, which published a list of the most influential executives and leaders disrupting the industry and having a positive impact within their firms.

Jen also serves a a Program Director and the Distinguished Principal Fellow of the Marketing and Communications Center of The Conference Board, supporting the organization’s mission to provide trusted insights to help leaders navigate the biggest issues facing business.

Jen is a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and has served on the boards of several organizations. She currently serves on the board of KQED, the nation’s second largest public media organization. She is also on the advisory boards of How Women Lead, How Women Give and Miracle Messages.

The Honorable Rochelle Hendricks

Rochelle Hendricks is an advisor to HealRWorld on strategic partnerships across academic, business and government sectors.

The first Secretary of Higher Education for the State of New Jersey, Rochelle led policy and program development to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of New Jersey’s higher education institutions.  Since her appointment in May 2011, Secretary Hendricks focused on advancing the blueprint for higher education reform as recommended by the Governor’s Higher Education Task Force.


She has implemented the New Jersey Medical and Health Sciences Education Restructuring Act and the Building Our Future Bond Act, building cross‐sector state and national partnerships.
